Hi guys, well I know it’s been off and on that I’ve been updating on here. In fact, the most updates I make are for the videos we’re doing here every week at Videoboys.com and Squirtz.com. But I’m trying to balance that out with some personal info and stories too. I’m just having a hard time keeping up with it lately because of my heavy workload. But I’m determined to keep it going and to eventually archive most of my whole life on here going back to 1982 when I was 7 years old.

So my project right now for this blog is to go though all my mountains of writing from over the years and digitize them onto my computer, because right now they’re ll on paper. I can’t believe I used to write endlessly with just a pen and some pieces of paper. Because nowadays, after doing nothing but typing for years, if i try to write even two small paragraphs by hand, my hand is in soooo much pain, lol. I know, I know, what a pussy. But my hand’s just not used to that kind of action anymore. :P

So I’ve digitized a few journal entries from the past, but I still have literally thousands more to go through. I had no idea I was writing so much all my life, all the way back to when I was a little kid. But it’s a nice realization actually. I also have a ton of sketches, architectural designs, drawings and photos I’m scanning in to add some visual interest to break up the monotony of endless text. And when it’s done, I really hope people will enjoy seeing an entire laid life laid out before their eyes.

My main goal with this is to create an archive of my life, that will last long after I’ve died. In some way I hope the chance for someone to sneak a peek into the intimate details of my life over the years will bring that person some valuable information, or at last a touching story that will stay with them over the years. So that’s my plan, which is step one. Step two of course, is making it happen. And that’s another story, but I’m making progress on it, no matter how slow. ;) So keep coming back for more updates as I dig through my past and bring it all to light for you to scour over. And I sincerely hope in one way or another, that will impact you in a good way, no matter how small.

P.S. Don’t forget to follow me on Twitter for even more personal updates!

That sounds like quite a project.
Good luck with that and will try to make time to check your site more to get all the updates.

Makes me wish I had started something about my life awhile ago.
But I can’t help but think it would be some VERY boring reading! lol

Thanks, I’m glad you like the sound of it. :) It’s going to take me quite awhile to get it all done since I don’t have much free time away from work, but I’ll keep plugging away at it. And don’t worry, our own lives usually sound boring, but to someone else they’re usually pretty interesting. So it’s not too late for you to start now. :)
